Founder
Dr. Pelè Ugboajah is the founder of LeaderPractice and ResultPal, where he drives software development, marketing and sales. Prior to founding LeaderPractice, he worked at Parametric Technology Corporation, where he was an early ‘evangelist’ of Windchill software, which grew from a skunkworks project to a $200 million business unit in under two years. Pelè also worked at Electronic Data Systems, MDA Leadership Consulting, and Rainy Lake Medical Center, where he was vice president of human resources.
Dr. Pelè is a leadership author, educator, and software solutions architect. He holds an MBA and a PhD in organization and management. He is the author of several books, including ‘The Three Gaps Between Goals and Greatness’. He speaks to diverse business audiences, including Toastmasters, where he once won the District Six Championship of Public Speaking. In his free time, Dr. Pelè enjoys creative hobbies, such as writing songs, painting, and playing the guitar and piano. He lives in Minnesota with his wife and three children.

Ben Simon is an independent partner who serves as our chief technology officer and all-around technical guru. In his own words: “I’m a geek – both a programming one and a management one. I’m lucky enough that during a single day, I can develop strategies for making my development team more efficient, and still get to work on code for an efficient message passing solution.” Ben is the owner of Ideas2Executables, a software development business he founded and runs with his wife. Previously, Ben was the director of engineering for Innovectra, Inc. and vice president of engineering for Amazing Media, Inc.COO
Dr. Rekiyatu Lawal Ugboajah is our chief operations officer. She has been a physician for almost twenty years, and through that work, has gained a keen understanding of the critical nature of effective learning transfer in the workplace. She ensures that our operations run smoothly so that our work continues to be the best that it can be. When she is not working, she is a ‘card-carrying geek’, photographer, poet, and proud inventor of a lip balm and moisturizer. She lives in Minnesota with her husband and three children.Our Mission
